Hi,since completing a backup and formatting the hard drive, I've been having problems restoring program and personal files. Therefore, I have lost my Norton 360 v4 login, password and product key. It was also installed on my desktop, but I want to reinstall it on this laptop?
How can I access my account details, please? Any assistance will be very much appreciated.

I did try the password recovery on the Norton Acount sign-in with my current email, but I receive an error "Unfortunately we were not able to send you a temporary password at this time. Please click Back and try again." I believe I originally registered under an email no longer accessible. Any further ideas?

Can you access My Account on your desktop? If you purcahsed a multi-pc program, the product key will be the same for your laptop.

I tried another computation of my old login/password and finally succeeded! I retrieved the key and have downloaded Norton 360 already. Very relieved to have security again.
