Lost logins after email change

I've read through some posts and I see where there is a work around for this problem.

 

When a company I work with has a problem and they force that problem on to me via making me jump through odd hoops (a work around), I'm not happy. 

 

I don't even care at this point.

 

I don't want a work around that I have to jump through hoops. I want the product to work. Period.
