Issue abstract: I Lost my Norton 360 deluxe subscription.
Detailed description: I had a technical issue with Norton spamming notifications on my computer to the point where I couldn’t do anything. I tried to call customer service (it was horrible.). I deleted the app and tried to redownloaded my Norton 360 life lock for it to only be gone from my purchase/subscription history. I only have the Norton safe web. I do not have the key to my subscription either. No email to find that key either.

the notification I kept receiving was computer “10.16…” (a various string of numbers) wants access to your chrome app, even after deleting chrome.
Now, it is I can’t access my Norton 360 deluxe because it is not in my purchase history
