On 1st of February 2016 I loaded my newly purchased ~Norton Security~ onto my laptop. It performed as expected until a few weeks ago, when I decided to do another scan. To my surprise clicking on to turn it on, nothing happened. Did a couple of searches through settings etc, and no trace of the afore mentioned. A couple of attempts to contact Norton on their web site form has so far got me no replies at all. Plus according to one of these ~check your system~ do dads informs me that there is no Norton product on my device. Despite another part of Norton telling me that my Norton security end date is in February 2017. I may be a Silver Surfer but I've not lost my marbles yet. Can any one shed some light on this please.
