Lost Norton Toolbar with IE7 (64 bit)

The Norton toolbar is not installed on my IE 7 (64 bit) when I migrated from windows 7 32 bit to windows 7 64 bit.

 

I am forced to us IE 7 32 bit - which is still on my desktop, but is slower.

Which Internet Explorer are you using 7 8 or 9 ? I got a Windows Update just now for a fix where the system is slow due to an API and they give IE ( as an example of applications using it.
