Lost notes from Norton password mgr

I lost all my “NOTES” from my password manager when a Norton agent was helping me reload my 360 ultimate but didn’t notice it until a few days later. A few days later I notice my Notes were all missing. I got back in touch with the Norton help desk. I was told they couldn’t help me since only I could give permission to remove the notes and they couldn’t have removed them on their own. Now keep in mind all my password are intact as was my favorites. Norton help also told me that had to save each Note each time I created one. Well that’s news to me and how do you do that?.
Long story short, is there anyway to get the notes back?

I dont think so i think you has to add them manuel it is iretating i now but it is just a one time thing you cant take them from you phone right now ther is a bug so it cant connect to you phone but they is working on it right now

You may not know, but why does it retain all the passwords and favorites?

Good then you problem is ok

All your vault data is stored in the cloud on Norton’s servers. For that reason, anything you might do on your system cannot affect the contents of your Norton Password Manager vault.

The Norton agent helping me online, had to reloaded my Norton 360 with LifeLock Ultimate Plus onto my pc. He told me that my current version was out of date and he removed it. Would that process have deleted my “NOTES” section from my Password manager? Would Norton’s cloud still have the NOTES so it can be recovered?

Had you ever accessed your notes after creating them?

The Norton Password Manager is not actually part of Norton 360. There is a button to take you to your NPM, but you cannot affect any changes or deletions to the vault contents from the 360 program. So even if you totally remove 360, you still have access to NPM through the browser extensions.

Have you tried logging into your vault from your browser extension and looking for the Notes? Try a different browser???

Yes, I had complete access to all the notes through the password manager up to the reload. The agent couldn’t resolve my issue due to me having a older version of 360. So, I believe he uninstalled it and reloaded the new version. Since then everything worked but all the Notes I had in the password manager are now gone.
