Lost taskbars and desktop icons---Adware removal

Last night out of the blue I lost everything off my desktop. All the icons, taskbars,start menu, &etc. I have run all scans, and nothing. I can run programs thru the Task manager. I think it is some kind of adware infection, possibly Dynamic Desktop. Is there a removal tool?
