Hello everyone. I am a 66yr old that just doesn't understand anything about Norton or Lifelock. I keep getting mail from them about you need to do this or download this and I just don't understand any of it so 99% of the time I just delete it. I just don't know where to turn or what to do, Hack I'll be doing good if I find my way back to here. Can someone help me out or tell them I am so lost and need help.
As I said I don't understand anything about things. I got something about an update of service and don't understand what it's about. Over half of the things that is talked about I don't understand, as I said I'm 66 yrs. old and not good at understanding computer talk. I told them this when I first signed up for LifeLock, just seemed like the money is what is wanted and that's it. Here a week ago I tried to sign into my passwords and couldn't do that and had to ask for help and took over an hour to figure out and understand that. So guess I need someone to do a step by step with me.
