Low Storage - how can it be?

I have 75 gb of online storage.

I loaded Norton on my (new) laptop & immediately got the message "you have fully used your online storage"

On what? (most of my pictures etc are on memory sticks)
I now keep getting the message on my 2 x laptops
I've attached the storage screen from my laptop
Please tell me where to move my documents etc to to avoid this message - is it because they are in the One Drive - because that looks far from full?

I now have no current Norton backup which I am paying for!

You can check on what has been backed up by logging into your Norton Account, then click on View Backup Sets in the Cloud Backup pillar. From there you can click on a backup set to see what is included in it.

If you want to start over again, in the backup set display just click on the trash can to the bottom right of each backup set you wish to remove. Then go back to your Norton 360 and set up the backup set to include only the files or file types you wish to backup.

Here is a Norton Support video on YouTube on how to set up your backup sets.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKB7ewZFzwQ
