history of full scan showed approx. 1 200 000 files scanned (as of Feb 27). Last scan (Mar 14) shows only 560 000 files scanned. Did not delete recently so may files to justify the difference.
In a meantime (around Mar 1) I've upgraded my notebook from Win 10 to Win 11 (Home Edition).
