My pc is almost no operable. I use Norton Antivirus but am wondering if this is a new virus. Only found one post online and it said it was a virus. No info on Microsoft was found. This file is in my windows C: directory when I accessed it with DOS. Any Info would be helpful as I am still struggling to get my pc up and going.
