Issue abstract: Customer Services tech resolved one issue with Dark Web Monitoring on my Macbook Air app, now it has disappeared from the app.
Detailed description: My app informed me (inbox) that Dark Web Monitor was not working/active, despite my account and phone app showing that it was. After lengthy back and forth with customer services, a tech agent resolved the situation. Then, very next day, the Dark Web Monitor “box” on my app was gone and has not come back. The feature is still active on my account and still shows on my phone app but there is no sight of it, no way to see it and any warnings, on the Mac app. Any ideas about how I bring Dark Web Monitoring back onto my laptop app Control Panel? Many thanks.
