My mac enters an endless string of 99999..... in every entry field of every program. After starting in Cmd S, the unix alphanumeric window now auto-enters 00000.... after :root/ .... I can't login or do anything else with the mac. Even starting with "C" depressed doesn't cause the cd/dvd drive to be the boot drive. Also all the links to Iranian videos that were on my facebook wall were simultaneously erased from my facebook wall (and maybe further but I can no longer see facebook because I logged out.
I bought Norton Internet Security but cant install it. HELP!
