I have installed and uninstalled this new version at least six times and all I get is pending...... and the a notice to link to uninstall and reinstall. At my end of hope.
Robert, I have requested this be moved to the Norton for MAC board as it belongs there. In the interim what version of MAC OS are you using and what Norton product are you installing?
