Some Norton Security features are NOT available when logged as a "Standard" user. For example, it is not possible to guard a file using the Advanced -> File Guard menu unless you login as an "Admin" user. This is a bug because files owned by Standard users are not accessible by Admin users. The same issue can be found for other features/settings. I believe Norton Security should allow any user change any setting AND ask for Admin credentials when the setting is applied to all users, just like when you install or upgrade an application from a Standard user account.
