Macでは度々起こる現象なのですが更新プログラムをヴァージョンアップ後ノートンが使えなくなっています。どの様な方法をとってみても「更新中」のダイアログが出続けるだけで一向に更新できなくなります。仕方なく登録や完全削除をしてからインストールしなければ使えないとはMacに対してノートンは力を注いでいないのではなかと思われます。Windows版の様にスムーズな変更ができるように改善願いたい。甚だ遺憾と言わねばなりません。

This is a phenomenon that often occurs on Mac, but Norton cannot be used after upgrading the update program. No matter what method you take, the "Updating" dialog will continue to appear and you will not be able to update at all. It seems that Norton is not focusing on Mac that it can not be used unless it is installed after registering or deleting it completely. I would like to improve it so that it can be changed smoothly like the Windows version. It must be said that it is extremely regrettable.
