Norton 360 is installed on my Macbook Pro running MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1. A message pops up repeatedly with the warning sign "Update Required - A system extension update is required to maintain your protection" and a button "Update Now". When I click the "Update Now" button, an error message pops up "Update failed........". The details give suggestions to uninstall and then reinstall the Norton 360 software. I have done this twice by myself and once by Norton support team via remote access without success. My case number 71212624 was escalated, and as a result, I received a call while I was driving. Later on, despite several attempts, I was unable to get support.
Please advise what should I do now. Is there any solution available that I can perform myself. If not, what options do I have now.
