Just saying they are identical and seem to be placed / parked within that domain for the intended purpose of gathering data. Much like those browser search results that sometimes have the AD icon next to them. People pay extra to "park" / place their stuff at the top of the listings so that the average person will see it first then click on it. Thus the damage is done.

They both look like parked sites to me.

I wonder if this:

ec2-54-204-136-46.compute-1.amazonaws.com where the first detection was on 2018-10-20 01:47:40.090 and the last detection on 2018-10-20 01:47:40.090  

would be real Amazon or a look-alike?

CTRL + F search works well on long lists like that one!
