Win 7 x64 SP1, NIS 2013 ver. 20.3.0.36
A while back I installed TurboTax paid. It auto created firewall rules in NIS 2013 for it's updater. That is OK. However, inbound and outbound firewall rules for the same updater were created in the WIN 7 firewall for both all profiles and the domain profile.
I want to know how is it possible for an application to access the WIn 7 firewall when NIS 2013 has supposedly disabled access to the private and public profiles? Both profiles are shown as disabled in the WIN 7 firewall control panel and being managed by Norton Internet Security.
