Hello community. Yesterday Norton 360 has updated itself to a new version, and since then Outlook 2019 doesn’t send/receive emails. Temporary Firewall / Protection disabling doesn’t solve the problem. No Block rules in Firewall settings. No any other Antivirus / Firewall software installed on PC (Windows 11 Pro).
Temporary Norton 360 uninstallation solved the problem. Installing it back brings the problem back. I am uninstalling it for the moment, and will wait for the solution. Not cool, I am old Norton user for years. Not sure if it’s a good idea to renew a subscription after 70 days.
Anyone aware of the similar problems with Outlook after Norton update?
Same problem here hope they will come whit a solution fast!!
All: Reset your firewall in Norton and reboot the machine. I’m using Outlook 2021 without any issues on version 24.xx currently.
Edited: Of note version 2019 went out of support some time ago, Norton may not be compatible with it using version 24.xx due to missing updates to that suite.
