Malicious Web Site Blocked

Hi, our company's web site used for our external customer's is www.v2020.com. Many if not all of our users that use your Norton software is getting the "Malicious Web Site Blocked" message (see attached). Can someone at Norton please verify our site if our site is getting black listed through your definition updates? If so, please add it to your white list. Or please recommend something else that should be done. 

 

This just started happening last week.

Thank you for your feedback. Does this also apply for people using NIS 19.9 and other versions? I ask since I'm not sure if Norton Safe Web has an affiliation with them.

In answer to your question re: 19.9:

You can see the NSW debuted as a Beta in 2008.  I am not sure if I had in the 2009 product or if it started later than that - I can tell you the 2012 product (v 19.XX) did have Safe Web.

We have manually analyzed the site 'disabilitynewsservice.com' and found it to be clean so we have changed its rating to green.

Hello Sean-Mc

I can ask the Safe Web Team to re-evaluate  the website. If it is still malicious, then the owner of the website  would have to clean it up before you could enter it.
