I didnt delete Norton history, how do I find that?
You cannot be infected by simply visiting a website. There would need to be a script on the page (usually in an ad) that redirects to a site that hosts exploits that attempt to infect your computer through vulnerabilities in any unpatched software you might be running. Norton would normally 1) block the website, or 2) block the exploit attempt through intrusion prevention, or 3) failing those, quarantine any malware that got through and was detected installing or running. If your scans found nothing, you are almost certainly safe. If you cleared Norton History, there would be no way of knowing what action Norton took concerning the websites in question.
Ok, I deleted my history like an hour ago and I just read this. I don't know if Norton blocked the 3 other websites. Is there any way to find out?
As long as Norton blocked those websites, you are safe. It is very common for malicious ads on legitimate websites to redirect to other sites. Your best protection against this is to manage JavaScript in your browser.

Oh yeah, by the way Norton blocked those websites.
