Malware Bytes reporting dubious behaviour of ccsvchst.exe

Hi,

 

I have Norton Internet Security version 20.4.0.40 installed on windows 7 home premium laptop.

I recently installed malware bytes and it is reporting that it is stopping connections to suspected sites:

 

IP-BLOCK    195.3.145.86 (Type: outgoing, Port: 57941, Process: ccsvchst.exe)

 

I looked up this IP in DNS Stuff and it is located in Latvia.
