My registry keys that control Norton 360 have curious entrys that cause Norton to display the latest software version but actually loads a version that is then deleated and overwritten so as not to be recovered. This has been going on almost since the time that I purchased this product yet tech support assured me that if Norton says I'm protected, then I'm protected. I really have my doubts that Norton would intentionally mask what engine I am actually running. Anybody have any input on this that may give me some kind of idea on what to do about it?
