Issue abstract: I suspect malware but I get no info from Norton 360. Am I missing some feature?

Detailed description: My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is warm or even hot and it is losing its charge quickly. A large number of ads were popping up, so I deleted many of my apps. The add load is better but still heavy. However, there is now a glitch where the system keeps stopping or backing up when I am streaming a video in Netflix or Facebook.

I have installed and run Norton Quick Clean. I have also rebooted. Do these actions clear the system cache?
