Do I need to have Malwarebytes software with my Norton software? Doesn’t Norton also protect against malware?
@Neil_Fountaine Hello!! No security suite will get things 100% correct at any given point. Norton products, primarily focus on the core of the OS and protection of it. Although, features like Safe Web and Safe Search add more protections in the browsing area, Malwarebytes does often “compliment” Norton by finding small browser issues Norton may miss. In that regard we recommend having MBAM installed as a secondary scanner when the need arises. We don’t recommend setting MBAM to load with Windows startup due to conflicts that can arise with Norton and its startup features.
