today i had to do System recovery on my microsoft laptop. So therefore I had to re-install my Norton which luckily had 30 days left to do so. However, it no longer contains my log in info/passwords from before. Did I lose all that info?

Did you back up your identity safe before you reinstalled. If not you’re out of luck.

Hi,
can you please tell us which Windows OS and Service Pack (if any) do you use?
And on the restore data you restored your PC to, does it have the Norton product on it, or did you installed both times (now and before the system restore point) after the restore point has been created?

Welcome to the Norton Community.
Whether you will be able to restore your Identity Safe data will largely depend on whether your original program directory where Norton was installed is still present and has not been overwritten with new data related to Identity Safe.
Please provide the additional details requested by Papauz and we will help you determine if this is salvageable.
Also, do you do any sort of backups of your computer? Ideally you should do image backups of at least your system drive on a regular basis. But for the Identity Safe data even a file based backup performed before you done the system restore and reinstallation of Norton might allow us to retrieve this data.
