I downloaded the new version of Norton but now none of log-in and password auto fill when I go to the websites. All of the user names and passwords are correct in the Manage Logins section. What is the issue or what am I doing wrong?

Followed the instructions and it still doesn't work
Hello jimmyjones,
First, can you tell us which browser you are using? Are all three Symantec / Norton Add-ons enabled?
Be advised that the Norton Toolbar options currently do not support 64 bit browsers.
When you checked the logins, did you notice if they were set to auto-fill?
Also, you might want to check your settings in Identity Safe Options.
I am using Interner Explorer 8. When I go to System Type it states 64-bit Operating System.
So I am guessing I am using a 64-bit browser?
Does this mean I will not be able to use the auto fill function?
If so, why did Norton 2010 support a 64-bit operating system, but Norton 2011 does not?
Hi jimmyjones,
Norton supports 64-bit operating systems (except XP), but only 32-bit browsers. If you have a 64-bit OS you will have both versions of IE installed. In IE, click Help > About Internet Explorer. If you are running the 64-bit version it will show a 64-bit descriptor. If you are using the 32-bit IE, the bit version will not be specified.
It does not say 64-bit descriptor
Are these icons displayed on the Norton Toolbar?
Also, could you reply to the questions I raised earlier:

Thanks!
I guess one of the add-ons was not enabled because it is working now. Thank You for all who helped me out.
