Auto fill does not work anymore when I log in to various sites. I have checked the settings several times in Manage Log on and they are correct. Auto fill appeared to stop working after I downloaded the latest version of FireFox (8..0). Could this have affected auto fill?

Norton has been updated to work with Firefox 8.0 have you read the thread:

Am I reading correctly?
Before updating to FF8 all was well and after the update things aren't working like you think they should.
Correct?
Can I assume that as a part of the upgrade/update you did select to enable the Norton extensions? FF > Add-ons Manager > Extensions
If all of this has been done and it still isn't working correctly please post back and we'll keep trying
