Just went into my devices and they are all now numbered with my first name and then device number such as XXXX windows 10-1 or XXX windows 7-2. Before they were listed by computer name which I used logical name such as LL 10-1 for Lenovo Laptop Win 10 device 1.
Norton is still using Windows 7 for computer upgraded and running Win 10 even if the device name on my computer was changed to reflect the win 10 version which I used before to maintain my devices.
I now don't have a clue which device is being listed as "issue found". I currently have two desktops and four laptops with Norton subscriptions on them.
