Managing Norton Accounts

I've used Norton for years.  My problem is that at one time I had a Norton account under my personal email,  then I semi-retired and did consulting work, and bought my subscription under the business email, which is the email currently on my account.  Now I _am_ retired and would like to change the email on the current account to my personal one - but apparently the old account still exists (Note there also appears there might by one under my wife's email address as well, prior to when we bought a 5 device subscription).  How do I get rid of the old account(s) ?

Norton does not purge old accounts, in case a user wants to do something like you are looking to do. 

You can just turn off Automatic Renewal for your current subscription in your business account, and just let that subscription expire. Then at expiry purchase a new subscription and register that to your older personal account.

If you feel you need to do this sooner, you can try contacting Norton Support to see if they can move the subscription between accounts.   www.norton.com/contactcs
