I ran a comprehencive scan on my file system and Norton 360 found a infected archive file on my network file system. It failed to fix/remove the file so I did manually delete the file. Now that threat is still on the list and it pops up to my screen every now and the saying I have unresolved security issue. I have tried to rerun the scan (which doesn't find any threats) and the rescan function from the detailed info (security history - details) but it just gives failed message. Is there any way I can make it know the file no longer exists?
I'm running on Windows 7 Home Premium and latest version of Norton 360 (3.5.2.11). Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot now it’s cleared! For Windows 7 the path to Norton folder was a tiny bit different “C:\Users\All Users\Norton{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\Norton\QBackup”.
