Manual addition of signatures (IOCs)

Does anyone know if it is possible to add malware signatures / Indicators of compromise (IOCs) that are currently bypassing Norton 360 antivirus.  I am using a Breach Attack Solution (BAS) to evaluate Norton's efficacy and I'm finding around 10% penetration that I'd like to plug.

No. That is not a feature of Norton. What you can do is use the link to report false positives to report false negatives.
