I have read several threads, but haven't quite found what I need. So, sorry to "rehash" some of this. I'm running Win 7 & Norton 360 v4. I'd like to know how to do a manual defrag.
I've seen threads about just running windows defragger, but when I click on it it warns that "Disk Defrag is currently using customized settings created by another program. Before you can modify the schedule, you must remove the customized settings".. and there's a button to remove settings.. And not sure I should do that.
I'm also puzzled by where I can turn off disk defrag (optimization) in Norton 360 v4. I don't have it running automatically, but I can find no taks or setting where I can "turn it off", and just use win defrag..
