Manually Scan an individual Email

I Run Win 7 and sometimes want to Scan an individual email...  I know that the 2012Internet Security product

I utilize does this automatically but sometimes I just want to do it anyway!  ';-)   I see where and often

scan individual files but I cannot seem to find anyway to scan an individual email.  Is it NOT Possible?  ~vsl
