Earlier today, we released an update to the Norton Family PC client service to address a couple of technical issues:
1) Compatibility issues with the latest Chrome version 25 browser which prevented web monitoring and video monitoring when using the browser on the child’s PC.
2) Compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 8, browser which prevented the Norton Family web portal from displaying logs of hulu.com videos that were watched on the child’s PC.
