I wanted to get your opinion on the following:
Since I built up my new pc, from the word go, I found that the hard drive has been continuously accessed... (during idle)
Anyway, so I went on and installed Sysinternal's Process Monitor, and through that I saw that mvraidsvc.exe was continuously accesing the hdd, seemingly opening and closing registry keys for no apparent reason (on the mobo, I do not have a hdd connected to the marvell controller ports)
Anyway, check the screenshot below, over a few minutes, access by mvraidsvc.exe = +- 2.8million, versus a total wwith everything else of 3.2million
Is it just my inexperience in this particular field of computers, or does that seem ridicilous to you???!!!! I have e-mailed marvell, but they just "blow me off"
