We just renewed our subscription to Norton and both computers have Version 22.6.0.142. I noticed when I clicked on About that both computers have the same Current SKU numbers and both have the same Family SKU numbers, but they have different Media SKU numbers. Should they have different numbers for Media SKU? One computer has Windows XP and the other has Windows 10. By the way what does Media SKU number mean? One computer (the XP) is a desktop and the other (Windows 10) is a laptop (notebook).
The XP computer was just updated when we renewed our subscription to the newest version whereas the Windows 10 has had the latest version. A Norton tech renewed our subscription for us and updated the XP to the newest version.
