Memory Error When Exiting NSW 2009

I've gotten a memory error window pop up ever since I installed NSW 2009 Premier (12.0.1, B1). (I only installed the "basic" and NU. I already had NSR 2.0 on my system.) I also have NIS 2009 (16.2.0.7) on my system.

Window title:

"TRSDKd ww:F:\Norton Systemworks 2009\NswUiHost.exe:NswUiHost.exe - Application Error"

Window text:
The instruction at '0x02fe15f5' referrenced memory at '0x00000004'. The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.

I do have NswUiHost.exe in F:\Norton Systemworks 2009. Version 12.0.0.52, dated 9/25/2008. That's about when I installed NSW.

When I run LU from NSW, it says everything is up-to-date.

When I click OK to exit the memory error window, I can relaunch NSW, no problem, without rebooting.

I've been hoping that an NSW update would cure the problem, but it hasn't.

Should I use NRT to get rid of both and then reinstall? If so, install in what order?
