Menu options vanish in "My Norton" whenever I open it up. The VPN option is missing along with a lot of others. The only ones displayed are "Device Security and "Password Manager." Never had this trouble before. I have reloaded the software and followed the instructions for the disappearing VPN option. It appeared once I rebooted. But today all the menu options vanished saved for the two I mentioned earlier.
If it continues, I want to cancel my subscription. The wait times for phone tech support are ridiculous. I am increasingly dissatisfied with Norton and will be seeking out another company that is more reliable and that does not have unstable software where menu options disappear or long wait times for tech support. I have an ill husband I have to care for, and I don't have time to wait around to get help. This is very disappointing and frustrating, Norton. I tried the Chat but it was USELESS. It kept asking me to reinstall. I have already reinstalled twice. I need to speak to a LIVE person on Chat, not some stupid BOT that cannot understand my issue.

I wish that a live person could be online for Chat instead of a chat bot, because when I tried to specify the problem initially, the chat bot did not understand.
~ regarding Chat Support - ChatBot
Note:
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
Managed to get phone support after 30 minutes of waiting. I wish phone support was faster. Solution was to go into "My Norton" and at the upper left corner where my email address was, the technician asked me to log out. Then I closed Norton 360, then reopened it, logging in. Viola! All the menu options reappeared. I also did a reboot and went into Norton 360 again. All the menu options appeared. However, the technician said that if the same problem occurs, they will need to go in remotely and use a tool to remove corrupted Norton files. I hope if I need to call up Tech Support, the wait time won't be as long.
If anything needs to be improved for Norton, it is the wait time to get a live technician to help. Also--the Chat is not useful. I kept getting a BOT who mistakenly thought I was using the Windows version, even though I retried Chat and specified MAC. It kept telling me to uninstall/reinstall when I had already done that twice. I wish that a live person could be online for Chat instead of a chat bot, because when I tried to specify the problem initially, the chat bot did not understand.
