Message Center - Three of last 4 messages are just all gray

Hi,
Three of last 4 messages to my message center are just gray and showing no information on the right.

Why?  Please fix this. A couple are performance risks and one is a privacy risk.

Wonder why some messages are gray in the norton dashboard messages. I guess i will have to take time and call and wait on hold to find out. need this fixed.

Go to the norton dashboard in the new view.  Go to dashboard. click on envelope.  

see messages and to right the message.  The messages are gray. need it fixed.  why is the message gray?  i want to take a picture, but i cantt save as pdf... only as JPG or gif or png.  Why only pdf here? ok i figured out the PDF thing.

ANyway, the instructs are simple, just go to messages in the newer split screen format.  some messages are gray to the right. Just got a new one but that does have info on the right. Some others are just all gray on right.
