Message Logs won't load or stuck on loading

I was trying to Check the message logs from my PC for my child's phone.  The apps, web, social and times sections load properly.  But when I click on messages it hangs on loading.  I tried different browsers.  I've tried updating the norton safety reminder app on my daughters phone.  For the last couple of days I have not been able to check the message logs.  I have the premiere edition of Norton Online Family

2. What android version is running on the phone?

 

3. What type of the phone is it ?

 

4. Have you ever been able to see the IM messages done via the child's PC?
