Recently every few days when browsing with Safari a gray pall comes down over my screen and a message telling me that my computer must be manually shut down. I do so. After re-starting, I get a message asking me if I want to report the problem, and when I click "yes", I get an error report saying that Norton Confidential did something. Sorry - didn't copy the screen, but wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem.
