I am trying to get Norton SafeWeb to verify my site (www.mattnoethlightingdesign.com), but I cannot access the root directory to upload the verification file (I'm using a site building tool called yola.com). The support people at Yola told me to copy the meta tag in to the website keywords section, so I did so. I read on a previous thread from a person that had a similar problem that the Safe Web team must manually verify the site. What steps would I have to for the SafeWeb team to do this (i.e. whom must I contact, etc.).
