I am a software developer and one of my program is installed on many thousands of computers since 2000. Recently many users started to complain that my program is blocked by Norton because it's identified as MH690.suspicious virus. The program exists many years and has not any malicious code inside for 100% sure. What do I do? Please advise.
I want Symantec to fix this outrageous bug.
Otherwise I am about to take a legal action against Symantec for spoiling my image and sales drop as most users use Vista and Norton as default antivir.
