I spent some time trying to identify the problem with auto filling the correct user id and password in my Microsoft account. I was able to finally login with the help of a MS support rep. In the process the problem surfaced as the way the fields are being filled by Identity Safe. I can replicate the problem, which appears to be the vault text being written behind the overlay identifying the text entry locations for email and/or password. If I shut off Identity Safe and manually type in the information (copied from Identity Safe to avoid typo trouble) the login works every time. Oh, I'm running Chrome on Window 7.
Any ideas / solutions are appreciated.
