I have been with Microsoft for about 20 years and satisfied with the products. I have also used a Norton Security product and I can say the same thing, very satisfied. But since installing free Windows 10 Microsoft Edge it is a mess. There is nothing else but just an ads and bugs. I am not using it because it is not compatible with Norton Security product. I am being prompted by Norton Security product to use Internet Explorer as a default browser because their product is not compatible with Microsoft Edge so I am using it as a default browser. I have managed to get rid of the bugs because as I have said Norton Security is a very good product but still once in a while some bugs are trying to get in. I always get rid of them. But every time I start computer for the past five month I have to check it completely that there is no problem. At the beginning it almost broke the computer. Read the comments on the Internet, people are saying the same thing. Microsoft has promised to make extensions and make Norton Security compatible with Microsoft Edge about four month ago. Why is it that nothing has been done about it? Maybe it is that by offering free product you are trying to eliminate the competition systems and the security products? Instead you should offer good product and that is a good competition. I would rather pay for the product clean of all of these problems. The Defender is not good enough. Where are those extensions? People are getting very dissatisfied. This was a very irresponsible promotion of the product. Do something about it, think about it, repair the damage to the people and get your Microsoft standing on the Internet to where it was before and that is, “good”. Thank you.
