I'm in total concert with this article. Its far past time for Microsoft's focus to swing 100% to quality vice pretty UI's for gamers.

They collect far too much data and ignore QA. Insiders for the most part are gamers, no offense to that as I am a gamers as well among other things in the IT world. Pretty UI's don't make for a quality product, neither does using insider garbage to replace true engineer reviewed QA. 1803 and 1809 never went to the release preview ring before RTM. Coincidence or just plain complacent ? The latter seems to be norm these days. Far too much farming things out. As we call all see from Norton over the past year much the same has taken place there as well. QA your products, don't Delta test using customers and putting their data at risk in the process. Just my dime.

I think that is to drastical to shut it down, but they should make some change to the Insider Program, try to have it more exact, it seems to be to big now.
