The Norton firewall is causing problem for Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015. I am using C/C++ compiler from the Microsoft Studio Community 2015 for school projects. Every time I compile my source codes, the Norton Security try deleting my result file (.exe), and a message "Auto-Protect is processing security risk - Heur.AdvML.B" is pop up. The Norton Security software assumes my result file (.exe) as a spam file and deletes it. For temporary solution, I had to disable the Norton Firewall when using the Microsoft Studio.
I have chatted with couple NT representatives, but they don't seem having any clue about these faulty firewall detections, and don't know much about the Microsoft Studio 2015.
Norton Security also slows down my computer. Very disappointed! I will buy other security software
