I was at the MS Office website and clicked on this link then my computer screen was hijacked for a bit. Norton 2011 did not prevent or detect. Trying to Report this on Microsoft's and Norton's website was a waste of my time and very irritating.
1. Is there a way to report sites that have links to threats?
2. Why is there a convolution of Norton Services a. Norton SafeWeb. b. Norton Community. c. MyNortonAccount. ?
3. Is there an alternative scanner for Norton when NIS fails and after wasting time with Norton Online Services?
I have my security settings max'd out. I have never noticebly encountered a virus before.
